Father, husband, musician, and wine enthusiast, Stephan is a bon vivant with his feet firmly planted on the ground. Coming to Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar Kansas City by way of his hometown of Los Angeles, CA, Stephen ran a wide variety of restaurants and bars across the city, from fine dining to a locals' favorite watering hole. Stephen is thrilled to bring his experience and expertise to Jax and looks forward to continuing the Big Red F tradition of excellence in Kansas City.
