General Manager

Mitch joined Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in 2021, taking on the role of General Manager shortly after joining the Big Red F family. Mitch's approach to running a restaurant is friendly, tireless, and high-spirited, similar to schnauzer pups his family has been raising for over 20 years. When he is not in the restaurant, he is outside snowboarding, hiking, and galavanting through hills with his dogs.
