Floyd James


Chef Floyd has been working his way through various Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar kitchens for nearly seven years and now stands at the helm of the ship in LoDo. He has an established background in creole cooking, which he passionately infuses into each dish. When he is not hanging out in downtown Denver, you can find Floyd spending quality time with his family, traveling, and creating musical compositions.
