HITACHINO NEST WHITE ALE light, citrusy, refreshing. brewed with an orange peel, coriander, and nutmeg. 

HITACHINO NEST RED RICE LAGER nutty, slightly malty, hints of strawberry. brewed with japanese red rice, giving it a rosy hue and sake-like rice character

FUKUCHO "MOON ON THE WATER" JUNMAI GINJO elegant, floral sake brewed by Miho Imada, one of japan's few female master brewers. clean, soft mineral edge with hints of white flowers and melon. 

KANBARA "BRIDE OF THE FOX" JUNMAI GINJO from Niigata, Japan's most famous region for crisp, dry sake. structured, subtle fruit, melon, pear with a spicy finish. 

TOZAI "SNOW MAIDEN" JUNMAI NIGORI nigori = unfiltered sake, leaving a creamy, cloudy texture. approachable and friendly. silky, lightly sweet with rice pudding and melon notes.
