Jason Stuckey

General Manager

Born and raised in Minnesota, Jason is an avid sports fan, golfer, and dog lover who enjoys hiking with his pup and spending time with the lifelong friends he’s made along his journey in the service industry. After moving to Colorado to attend CU, he quickly fell in love with Boulder and Superior, where he’s been a proud resident ever since.

While in college, the restaurant industry drew him in, and he discovered a passion for hospitality, creating memorable guest experiences and making people feel at home. Over the years, he’s had the opportunity to work alongside a James Beard Award–winning chef and contribute to some of Colorado’s great restaurants in Denver, Broomfield, and Arvada. Today, he brings that experience, energy, and genuine love for people to Jax Boulder.
