Join us for National Seafood Month

At Jax, every month is seafood month — but October gives us an extra reason to go all in. To celebrate, our Head Chef + Culinary Director Sheila Lucero has created a special menu inspired by the flavors and traditions of Japan.

Think crispy Tempura Shrimp with apple ponzu, indulgent Lobster Katsu Sando, smoky-sweet Salmon Kushiyaki, and perfectly seared Aburi Scallop. Each dish is paired with cocktails, sake, and Japanese beers to take you on a flavor journey across the Pacific.
