A hospitality veteran of 25 years, Jordan has worked his way through fine dining, bars, and brewpubs across the country before landing at Jax Fish House Boulder in 2025. He believes that a great team is the foundation of great hospitality — and pours as much energy into developing the people around him as he does into the guest experience. Off the clock, Jordan is always seeking out his next memorable meal or travel experience, convinced that the best hospitality lessons come from being a guest yourself.
