Anthony Sacco


Chef Anthony originally made the pilgrimage from New York to Colorado to attend Johnson & Wales Culinary School and eventually joined Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in 2021. He has a real passion for people and cooking and loves to work his way through cookbooks, trying out new styles and techniques that he ultimately brings to the table in Boulder. In his free time, he loves paddle boarding and spending time outdoors.
