Michael grew up in between New York and Spain, where he got his passion for food and wine and seafood overall. He has worked in NYC and Miami with some of the most known chefs in the country such as; Bobby Flay and Tom Colicchio, just to name a few.

On his free time he enjoys being with his family and goes wild over movies, sports and music.
