Wild Salmon Dinner, Live Music, & Special Screening of Award-Winning Doc at E-Town Back to All Events
Join us for a special evening of wild food, live music and film – presented by Backpacker’s Pantry, Wild Salmon Center and Eva’s Wild.
Our team will be preparing Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon to accompany the film screening.
With special guests, including The Wild filmmaker, Mark Titus and CU Boulder film graduate/producer John W. Comerford. Recyclable VR goggles with access to a Bristol Bay virtual-reality experience will be handed out as folks arrive – and the evening will culminate with a live panel discussion punctuating an urgent call to action for Bristol Bay, the world’s last fully-intact wild salmon ecosystem.

Live Music by Sunny Porch led by 5th generation indigenous Bristol Bay fisherman and activist, Melanie Brown.
The film screening will include two Bristol Bay short films , and The Wild, a national award-winning feature film that won Best Documentary at the 2019 Breckenridge Film Festival.
Luminary Panel to include: Wild Salmon Center’s Sam Snyder; Bristol Bay indigenous activist, Melanie Brown; The Wild filmmaker, Mark Titus and special guests.
Proceeds from the evening’s ticket sales will directly benefit Bristol Bay.
